Park Avenue

This project transformed a traditional three-bedroom house into an exceptional five-bed luxury home in a sought-after commuter town. Delivered over an 11-month programme, the large-scale extension and full refurbishment created expansive open-plan living areas with exposed steels and a premium Harvey Jones kitchen, plus a separate drawing room, home office, three high-spec bathrooms and a double-depth garage. The garden was redesigned with a private swimming pool, and on completion the property achieved an approximate 200% increase in value.

Park Lane

The full internal renovation of a compact Victorian terrace historically home to a worker on Brunel’s Great Western Railway. The scheme included a complete two-floor refurbishment, a reconfigured ground floor, and a modest extension rebuilding the lean-to to create a larger kitchen and a discreet downstairs cloakroom. Structural reinforcement supported the new layout, with modern steelwork quietly echoing Brunel’s engineering ambition. The result is a sensitively modernised home that preserves its heritage.
